Being a success story myself, I want to assure you that it’s untrue and rebuilding your vision, not just possible, it is actually quite simple assuming that you do it accurately.

You may not notice it but people with poor vision stare more frequently than people with flawless eyesight. It is specially when we’re reading magazine or watching television.

If you watch the number of times individual with flawless eyesight blinks and compare to your own, you’ll be shocked to find that you blink far less than them. Blinking is like a mini massage for your eyes - it helps relax your eyes. Blinking once every 3 -4 seconds is what you should be targeting. Make it as a conscious practice initially and you will soon perform it automatically.
3. Staying still for too long is also not good for your vision. When you don’t move for too long - such as sitting or sleeping - your muscles will feel painful. The same applies to your eyes. Move your neck, shoulder area and your eyes frequently and you’ll feel less exhausted at the end of the day.
4. Inhale air correctly throughout the day. Deep breathing is vital to relaxation and relaxation is essential to vision improvement. The more relaxed your whole body is - including your eyes - the better it function.
