Causes of Cataracts

Lots of countries are about to enter Autumn and say goodby to the summer sun. Not long from now, the sunshine will have gone, the rain returned and the wind will have turned all of the parks in to a collage of leaves. You certainly wont be needing your sunglasses, or maybe you will?

Every Autumn, people stash away their sunglasses or more often than not, leave then in their case for another year, but there are a whole load of designer glasses and sunglasses you can use, even in autumn. It might not strike you as being obvious, with less sun in the sky, but its just as important to protect your eyes in Autumn as it is in the summer. The sun is lower in the sky, for longer moments in the day, it’s harder to see with that big yellow thing in your eyes, probably more so than the high positioned summer sun.

If you also include the wind factor blowing debris and leaves everywhere and figure that some of this might well end up coming your way, it makes sense to ensure you have the proper eye wear for protection.

You dont need to use sunglasses either, even cheap prescription sunglasses can do a fine job of keeping the sun out of your eyes and the weather firmly away from your eye lids. There is a huge range of gent’s and ladies glasses that will help too, including those strange sports glasses you see cricketers wearing that have a chord attached to stop you losing them.

So be smart and wise this autumn, don’t discard your sunglasses just yet, hold on to them for a few months more and hopefully your eyes will thank you for it in the long run. In any case, looking great the whole year round never hurt anyone and wearing glasses has never been trendier than it is today!
